Return and Refund Policy

We want you to love every BleuFace product, but if something is not right, our return and refund process keeps it simple and fair.

Damaged, Incorrect, or Missing Items:

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or incomplete order, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Send us clear pictures of the product and the invoice found inside your parcel.
Once verified, we will guide you on how to send the product back to us.
Products must be unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories.

Change of Mind Returns:

If you change your mind, no worries.
You can request a return within 7 days, but the product must be unused, sealed, and in perfect condition.
After our quality check, we will issue an internal store credit voucher for the same amount.
All shipping costs for change of mind returns are covered by the customer.

Refunds:

If your payment is received but the product is unavailable, we will issue a full refund within 48 hours after collecting your bank details.
Refunds are only provided in specific cases, such as unavailable products or verified damaged items that cannot be replaced.

How to Send Returns:

Customers are required to send the product back to us through any reliable courier service.
Once we receive the parcel, our team will inspect it and update you about your refund or replacement status.

Important Note:

We recommend recording an unboxing video when opening your parcel.
If a missing item claim is made, our warehouse footage will be reviewed.
If the footage confirms that the order was fully packed, the claim may be declined.
